| A) Eligibility |

| Any person who is competent to enter into a contract as per laws prevailing in India is eligible to enroll as a user/member. |

| Any person or statutory person who is a member or user of this site must have the rightful authority and capacity according to the laws of India. |

|
| Balajiproperties.net reserves the right to terminate any contract/agreement that does not fulfill the eligibility criteria without informing the members/users. |
|
|
| It is expressly understood that any person entering into a contract is of a sound mind and is acting without any undue force, coercion or pressure. |
|
|
| Any dispute arising out of the violation of the terms and conditions laid herein shall be subject to Rajkot jurisdiction only in the state of Gujarat. |

| B) Services |

Balajiproperties.net is the first real estate/property website focusing on Ahmedabad and Saurashtra in the state of Gujarat. All users, members and well-wishers are welcome to register their sites and property for purpose of buying, selling or rentals. |

Users may also use this site to insert advertisements at Balajiproperties.net.

Users may also opt to receive messages through E-mail or SMS by registering themselves. Those interested in this service are requested to furnish their true and correct information at our registering process.

Balajiproperties.net may at its sole discretion add or delete a range of related services from time to time.

| C) Fees & Payment |
|
|
- The applicable rate for services shall be mentioned in the Subscription Form.
- All fees should be paid in advance and will be due from the commencement of the subscription.
- Any dispute of fees if accrued is subject to the decision of the company.
- Company shall have the right to charge interest @ 12% p.a. on any payment due.

| D) Cancellation |
|
|
|
Balaji properties.net reserves all rights to cancel or change any features from being displayed or reflected on its website. In case of any cancellation or suspension of service, Balajiproperties.net will refund to the user on a pro-rata basis the amount corresponding to the portion of service remaining before such cancellation. The refund will be limited to total fees received. |

| Other Term of Use |

This contract agreement is between the user/member and Balajiproperties.net, a wholly-owned company by Balaji Online Services Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office at 110, Samruddhi Bhavan, 4th Floor, Gondal Road, Rajkot, hereafter referred to as Balajiproperties.net.

|
- Law means law/statutes/ordinance/regulation/order/circular or any statutory or court order including local laws, state and central laws and any other regulation or prohibited activity.
- Any person or user who advertises on our website shall continue until terminated by either party giving notice in writing. If the user continues to use the advertisement after serving this notice, it will be considered null and void.
- We do not give any guarantee or warranty of any specific result or outcome from the services provided by us.
- Balajiproperties.net reserves the right to change any terms of contract at any time with or without informing the user/member and its acceptance is implicit upon the user/member. Users are advised to keep abreast of such changes from time to time. If the user/member is the legitimate owner, property holder or authorized Power Of Attorney holder, s/he may be entitled to any information about any properties available on this site and legally authorized to submit and use such information.
- Balaji properties.net or Balaji online services Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights to take any necessary action civil/criminal or termination of any services or registration if found that the information submitted to Balajiproperties.net is factually incorrect, misleading or lacking authority to submit or post on its website without serving any notice.
- Users/members accept that Balajiproperties.net has the right to store, record, scan, print and forward any information in the course of its stated business. Balajiproperties.net is entitled to use such information to advertise and display for the purpose of this site. It also reserves the right to edit and/or screen messages that users may send to others through its website. Since Balajiproperties.net cannot monitor the conduct of its members, it shall be free of any liability and not held responsible for any kind of misuse of such material or if such material is used to harass, abuse or cause harm to any other person.
- Users are strictly prohibited from posting any material that may infringe on any proprietary rights or any material that is defamatory, libelous, pornographic or obscene. Users are advised to ensure that contents are free of computer viruses or any other malicious programs.
- Users are advice to take all necessary steps to protect the confidentiality of identification and to change their password often.
- Balajiproperties.net should be given all documentary proof for the information submitted by the user/member at the time of registration. Balajiproperties.net also reserves the right to verify such information by using its own sources. If any of the information is found to be untrue, false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete, it has the right to terminate the contract forthwith.
- Balajiproperties.net strictly prohibits using any identification other than the user's own.
- Balajiproperties.net reserves the right to change identification/code/reference given to users. Claims for any compensation or damages as a consequence of any such change will not be entertained. It is understood that all users are in agreement with this clause. Furthermore, the company/website is not responsible for any kind of theft/loss of the password/ID or security code in any way. Users should inform the company and it will take necessary action to provide users appropriate service within 48 hours (excluding holiday). However, the company shall not be liable for any loss arising out of such an eventuality.
- Any organization being allotted any password or identification or security code should take all necessary steps to prevent illegal or unauthorized use by their employees or any other person in that organization. In the event of such misuse the company or site is not responsible for any loss or damages.
- No user without prior consent of Balajiproperties.net in writing can use any software or download any part of our database from its site.
- Balajiproperties.net has all the right to verify the data, document, source or information at the time of registration or afterwards and, if ,during investigation it is found that any information is false or misleading, the membership of the user is liable to be cancelled/restricted/removed with or without any notice and no claim/questions will be entertained.
- All information, material, messages, emails/photos/clippings and any such communication in conformity with the law will be the property of Balajiproperties.net.
- The company reserves the right to use messages/photos/email and any other information displayed on its site automatically and is at liberty to use all such information to display/distribute and use for any other purpose in keeping with its stated business either locally or globally without any pre-conditions.
- Balajiproperties.net has all the rights to suspend any kind of services provided to the user if any dues are not paid on the stipulated date. Balajiproperties.net will, subject to such terms and conditions as it deems proper, reconnect the service on recovery of fees dues of the suspended service. Suspended service shall be deemed as cancelled by Balajiproperties.net and the users will be liable for the charges/fees and any other dues up to the date of cancellation.
- Balajiproperties.net does not take any responsibility for disputes between two or more members/users. Balajiproperties.net does not take the responsibility for the contents in advertisements, or any information in advertisement, or any services offered, or any terms and conditions, or warranty/guarantee given by advertisers. Users should apply their own discretion in using and dealing with advertisers. Balajiproperties.net does not give any consent for the claims and displays in advertisements.
